Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, our team carefully prepares, packs, and sends your pieces with love. Please allow 1–4 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

During busy periods such as new collection releases or sales, processing may take up to 10 business days.


Shipping

Australia-Wide

All orders are shipped via Australia Post using either Standard or Express post options.

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (or FREE for orders over $150) — estimated delivery 2–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: $15 — estimated delivery 1–3 business days.

Express shipping

 

You’re welcome to select Express Shipping at checkout for priority delivery.

Once your order has been lovingly packed and dispatched, delivery timeframes are handled by Australia Post and are unfortunately outside of our control.

We always do our best to get your pieces on their way as quickly as possible.

 

International Shipping 

We are proudly based in Australia and ship worldwide to selected destinations including the United States, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

All international orders are sent with tracking. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location.

 

Customs & Duties

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees upon arrival in your country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the shipping fee at checkout.

All customs and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Vally the Label is not liable for any additional charges incurred.

We’re proud to use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging wherever possible, as part of our commitment to care for the environment that inspires us.

Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, it becomes their responsibility. Vally the Label cannot be held liable for lost or delayed packages, but we’ll always do our best to help you track your order and ensure it reaches you safely.
