Refunds and exchanges

We want you to love your Vally the Label pieces as much as we do. Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or accidental purchases. However, we’re always happy to offer an exchange or a non-expiring gift card for the value of your purchase, provided the item is returned in its original condition unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached within a 30 day period. 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will offer a refund or replacement as your choice. 

To arrange an exchange or gift card, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order vallythelabel@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
