Order Processing
Once your order has been placed, our team carefully prepares, packs, and sends your pieces with love. Please allow 1–4 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
During busy periods such as new collection releases or sales, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Please note: selecting Express Shipping does not shorten processing times. All orders are packed and shipped in the order they are received.

Australia-Wide
All orders are shipped via Australia Post using either Standard or Express post options.
- Standard Shipping: $10 (or FREE for orders over $150) — estimated delivery 2–7 business days.
- Express Shipping: $15 (or $5 for orders over $150) — estimated delivery 1–3 business days.

Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, it becomes their responsibility. Vally the Label cannot be held liable for lost or delayed packages, but we’ll always do our best to help you track your order and ensure it reaches you safely.
